As for the photos, I see that they took one of them down (of course the white people). Well the south hasn't exactly had the best record for racial relations. Even recently as shown by those photo captions.
Though I think in light of the storm and people losing all they have, loved ones, pets, etc. there are slightly bigger things to focus on. Then again, the alternative is focusing solely on the devastation and people's lives being turned upside down and at some point you have to focus your thoughts somewhere else or you go crazy.
Thanks for the link Butch. Reading these guys narrative and seeing the posts of those looking for family boggles my mind. I still can't fully fathom the destrcution. IfI could get out to help my fellow nurses, I would in a second. joanna
